I came here for a last-minute arrangement for my mom's birthday party. With all the stress of planning, I dropped the ball and completely forgot flowers. When I called while I was on my way to the shop, the young lady who I spoke with on the phone understood that I was in a rush and assured me that she would have something ready for me that would be beautiful. Roughly twenty minutes later I arrived to a GORGEOUS arrangement that I was proud to take homework me. 
Even though the staff here work well under pressure, you can make their day run a little bit more smooth by calling or visiting ahead in advance to order. You won't be disappointed when you get your flowers!

I am out of state and ordered flowers for my mother. I was a little nervous about how they would look and I chose these specifically because they come in a teacup. I read that if supplies were not available, the florist would make adjustments as needed. We were not disappointed. This business is totally reliable and when I saw the flowers on FaceTime they are so so beautiful. Thank you for your wonderful service!

The employee who sold me the flowers had a family emergency and had to leave after our transaction. Some of the information I past on to her was lost during the process. My wife and I did not get the flowers on Valentine's day as a result. Upon contacting the store the next day, they explained what happened and apologized, gave me a full refund as well. Good customer service but need to strengthen internal information flow so things like this would not happen again.

Dianna the owner has the worst attitude ever. If anyone has an issue, beware of her very nasty, unprofessional attitude. Living out of state and trying to help a friend during a time of grief, and looking at the ratings I chose this place. I'm reporting her company to the BBB. I would never do business with such an angry person such as Dianna. 

-Dianna...You make sales, trying being nice and sympathic to those in mourning and to the persons such as myself who never disrespected you. Humble yourself and remove the attitude. It's a better look on you and your business. At least your employees were helpful.
