Liars! They've had our home for over two years. The mortgage is still in my husband's name! I've received THREE foreclosure notices in that time!  The payment has been anywhere from 30-120 days late at any given time since they've been responsible for the mortgage. They no longer return calls or emails. They also didn't respond to my BBB complaint. I've sought legal counsel to get the deed signed back over to us so we can fix the complete mess they've made of my husband's credit. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Hands down a wonderful company to lease or do a lease to own from. Very professional company. We've been customers for almost 3 years and they are amazing!

These guys stated they were inteterested i  buying my property. Wasted over two months my time and seriously limited my options in selling my property. We had many coversations, offers and then contracts..... however the contracts never matched the statements they were making in regards to their offer to purchase. Finally it became evident I would not hear one story (that would sound great!)  and then sign a contract that wasnt what we agreed upon... after sending it back several times to be re-written to uphold the verbal agreements... well they just weren't interested.  Do your homework before you mess with these guys. Call realtors, ask around. Dont just take my word for it.
