I am beyond thrilled with my lashes.  I have never felt so "put together".  Laura did an amazing job.  Thank you for my amazing lashes!  I was somewhat apprehensive when I arrived as this was my first time to do this.  Everyone was so kind that I felt at ease immediately.  Can't wait to go back!

Thank you so much for your impeccable service and professionalism. I am 57 years old and feeling like 30 again. You Ladies are the best. I get many compliments on my Lashes everywhere I go. It's wonderful to get started in the morning without having to apply makeup. I can literally wake up and not have to spend even  30 minutes on getting ready for work.  Your professionalism combined with sincerity and friendship is much appreciated. Laura is the best. Chi is also outstanding. I cannot say enough. Bless you all for your services. I recommend you all to the Women I come in contact with. I am so often asked "Are those your Real Eyelashes?" It's a pleasure Ladies to see my transformation. I couldn't be happier! I love my Tomball Amazing Lash Studio. I have a form of autism that makes it very hard for me to stay calm under very bright lights and confined conditions. My technician is so nice a patient with me. She always makes me feel comfortable. Having private rooms and individual attention makes Amazing Lash the only place I will have my lashes done. Super fast and they always look great, or as they say, "Amazing".

Let me start by saying that every technician I’ve seen at this location are extremely talented and always do such an amazing job. I started seeing Laura first but due to my schedule ive seen Gloria and Chi  as well and they are absolutely fabulous. 5 stars for them.
The front desk, One person in particular, Zoey is the reason why i don’t think i will be returning. There have been multiple incidents and every time she answers the phone or is there when i get there she is extremely short with me, or just has a bad attitude in general. I have never seen that girl even smile. I’m not sure why someone dealing with customer service is allowed to be in this industry or be the face of Amazing Lash. You are the first person a customer sees when they walk in that door and you need to be friendly. I have worked in the service industry for a long time and i know how customers are supposed to be treated and this is NOT how. It’s a shame that i have to switch locations because of one person and their inability to learn how to talk to a customer, especially one who pays for a membership and comes multiple times a month and takes care of her technicians very well. Bummer. Hopefully she isn’t treating others this way because it is just flat out not right.

AML Tomball is just that AMAZING! I love the staff they are friendly and recognize me as I walk in the door. My lashes are one thing I will not go without! (PS this is my son’s google account, I approve this Post)
