We had two windows installed on the upper level of our home a few years ago. We selected Amazing Windows and Siding because they had such high ratings with the BBB, the best quality windows compared to other Window companies in the area and lastly because Jill Farmer of Channel 2 highly endorsed them. Even though she is no longer with the station. I've learned a lesson to never believe anything you see on TV regardless of who the person is selling them. Like in another review someone mentioned a glazing on the glass between the two panes. Mine did that too. I've made numerous phone calls, sent an email to AW&S and no one ever answers. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Until I hear back from AW&S, do no patronize this company. If I hear back from them and they offer to repair my window, I'll edit my review accordingly.

I put amazing siding on and had a great experience.  I even did an infomercial for them!!! I would have rated them a 10!  Even the owner Mr.Brennan came out. I had a couple of damage areas over the yrs.they came right out to repair! 
Then a yr or so ago we had damage that'll was covered....and they sent Mike out to take photographs.  Then they said they had to apply for replacement from the manufacturing company.then they said it was ordered...then they said they had my needed products sitting there but needed a time slot.....??? That was approx over a year ago!! Now I call and the number is down?? What's going on???

Terrible experience.  Spent $45k with them on a residential house and it took them 7 months after the original promised date to even come out.  Didn't finish the job, we still don't have our shutters up on the side and back of house, they ordered the wrong hardware for the windows and the siding has been falling off the back of our house for a year now (work was done March of 2016).  Communication was AWFUL.  Avoid this company at all costs.

In 2007 I purchased 9 top of the line windows. Spent almost $1000 apiece because of full lifetime warranty. For several years any issues were promptly addressed. However ,the original owner sold to some investor group and they no longer honor their warranty at all. (The gas leaked out from between panes causing ugly frosted look and moisture accumulation ruining efficiency). When I filed complaint with b.b.b. I noticed that they have withdrawn their membership and have lost the top rating the original owner was so proud of and worked so hard to maintain. (I had spoken to him personally about that. Another big reason I was willing to make that kind of investment. )  That investment has become worthless since new ownership has taken over.The reputation for customer service that was originally built means nothing to them.

I am a General Contractor from St Louis. I received a bid from Amazing Siding after several negative remarks from the company stating they only wanting to deal with the homeowner direct. Tom from the KC area was the representative and to be quite honest, was very rude. I was asking for confirmation that the siding (to match the current house) we needed for the room addition was still available. He did not get me the answer after a full week and would not come look at the project unless I signed a contract and sent a deposit. Even though Amazing Siding's bid was $2,500 higher than my sub contractor's bid we would have used them if they would have confirmed the product was still available. My guess is the siding was not available, they wanted a deposit so we were stuck, and then we would have to settle for a close match just as with my local contractor. I would never trust Amazing Siding and will not be able to say anything positive about them as a company. I suggest getting another bid for the work they are bidding for you.
