I had a wool coat dry cleaned that had a smell from the thrift store plusmy dis white hair got on it . I paid $12 and some change. When i brought it home I still smelled that scent and some dog hair was on coat. I called and they told me to come back in. They said it was the wool smell that I smelled I went home and hand washed it smell was gone. I believe that they never dry cleaned my coat and tooky money.

When they didn't get blood out of some shirts, they ironed them, so the blood is locked in. It's like they've never done laundry before.
