23 years back Vijay Bist decided to act upon his immense passion for Indian Cuisine & Hospitality by opening his first Amber India restaurant in Mountain View and the rest as they say is history.
Amber India in Mountain View has earned the reputation of being the best Indian Restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The ambience of this restaurant is such that you feel relaxed and as if you are at home.
The decor is is influenced by traditional Indian artwork.
Our menu has an extensive selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian authentic regional North Indian cuisine. It explores the Mughlai cuisine and cooking using the tandoor.
You can also enjoy an exceptional selection of cocktails, beers, fine wines as well as traditional Indian drinks like lassi and jaljeera.
Amber India Mountain View has been graced by numerous reviews & awards, notably “Best Indian restaurant in Bay area” by SF Chronicle for 11 straight years and it has also been rated by Zagat.
