It makes me sad to even make this review because in the past I had been happy with Neesa and truly thought she was a great stylist but I must warn my fellow "curly girls" out there. Neesa has been doing my hair for years and is very familiar with my "thin but have a lot of hair" and naturally curly hair. Until recently I didn't realize her cuts were why my curls weren't reaching their full potential. I had waited several months this time before doing my hair (5 to be exact) and my hair was looking great, the curls looked beautiful finally and I thought my hair was simply changing as I got older BUT I now realize what's been happening and this time was the WORST it has ever been. Unfortunately she has completely ruined my hair....she didn't and wouldn't listen to my wants about color either (just using what we "always" do...well, styles change and so do I so I can I do something different? Ummm nope! It fell on deaf ears but MORE IMPORTANTLY  she used thinning shears on my fine and naturally curly hair!! Any curly girls reading this are gasping at this point thinning shears are a NO NO for curly girls......I DID express my grave concerns about using them on my hair and she continued using them stating they are only a problem if the person doesn't know what they are doing....ummm no! They don't belong anywhere near curly hair!! She seemed offended  I brought up my concern but didn't seem to care about my concern as she went to town thinning my hair to the point you can see through it!! It's like chunks are missing it looks awful.... As a single mom of two the one thing I don't skimp on is my hair and my early Christmas gift to myself and hope for a fresh new look for the new year backfired and I should have simply not walked into the salon yesterday. I'm so upset about this awful mistake and when I reached out to Neesa sharing my concerns in hopes maybe there was a way to fix this (unfortunately it is going to take a longgggg time for my hair to recover and there is no solution to "shearing" curly hair and especially fine curly hair!!) but the fact I spent well over 100.00 it was worth seeing if there was something she could do to fix it maybe? But, she simply told me "I should find another stylist"....Seriously? You mess my hair up to the point even people in the salon are looking at me oddly and that's your response? Needless to say I will not be returning to the Claremont Club/Ambiance ever again. Time to find a curly hair specialist....after I cry myself to sleep for the next few months and try to wear my hair up to hide this awful mistake....oh wait I barely have a pony tail anymore and the one I do has a few long hairs and the rest look like a mess of split ends and I never have split ends.... So, I entered the salon with long, thick "looking" (fine hair but lots of it and she knew that) healthy beautiful curls and left with short, thin frizzy hair that is just destroyed....I want to cry. Curly hair gals beware!!

I went and had a facial with Sara on Thursday. By far the best facial I have ever had. This was my first time at the spa and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend Sara to anybody.  She knew just what I needed. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Sara for a wonderful expierence.

Very attentive staff and massage therapists, hair stylists and estheticians. Adele is wonderful known her a long while and she is awesome.  Allison and Christina also very professional and wonderful facials as well.   Teri has done my color and hair styles for about 8 years shes awesome and very considerate of her clients and I appreciate her creativity.   Massage therapists Travis, Casey, Carly, Angela are all amazing and each has a different style and pressure.  You cant make a bad choice here and it is a relaxing atmosphere....sorry if I left anyone out but enjoy all the services!!!!
