Great food, bar, movie viewing. And discounted parking. This is my favorite AMC of all even downtown. Food delivered to your seat (not alcoholic drinks). Bar has great signature drinks. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Accepts valid & legitimate discounted movie tickets/coupons.

Normally I have a great experience at this AMC. However, I went to go see a movie on a Thursday night and they began to play the wrong movie. Then, when they discovered the problem instead  of fixing it they sent us home with a movie voucher. I returned for the later showing of the movie 3 hours later with my voucher. When I was using my voucher they ensured me everything had been fixed and the movie would be showing. When I went into the theatre 20 minuets before it started, it was still paused on the movie that was wrong before and the theatre had not been cleaned.  When I went downstairs to tell someone, the worker I spoke to was extremely rude. Three minutes before the movie started I went and sat down in the uncleaned theatre with the other guest, and the screen was just black. There was no worker in sight that seemed to be fixing the problem that still remained.

Overall: Reserving and reclining make this one of the better theaters in the city to see the major flicks.

The good: The website allows reserve-ahead seating for this venue which is clutch, especially for larger groups. They also have HUGE reclining chairs and the theater is clean overall. I've never had any problems with any of the staff. And, of course, they have much more luxurious drink and dining options than just your standard snack fare.

The not-so-good: Can't say too many negative things about this theater, but if I had to pick a few it'd be that the lines for snacks sometimes take awhile, and that the hand dryers in the men's bathroom have never worked properly since I've been going there.

Came to see a movie here not fully understanding what the Dine-in experience entailed. This truly is a fun experience for the whole family. Super comfortable reclining chairs, good options are pretty basic. I wouldn't recommend seeing every movie this way but well worth it for a movie that's important to you.

I ordered food before the movie and they said there was an hour wait. I was in the movie theater on the top floor so if I went all the way downstairs to check on the food, I would've missed a good chunk of the movie. Just as I left the theater, the food came 1hr and 45 min late, just before the movie ended. I ordered a $20 burger and fries and they were ice cold. I would steer clear of this place, as you're paying a downtown premium to see a movie and getting a McDonald's service in return.
