Last night was my first time at this theater. I was throughly disappointed with the complete experience. The concession stand was a train wreck. Less then half of the registers were open. The staff didn’t move with any purpose. It took twenty minutes to get a popcorn and four drinks, and they don’t even have to pour the drinks you do it yourself. The whole concession stand was a disgusting, greasy, salty, straw wrapper explosion. Once we finally got to our seats the theater was oppressively hot. The whole place screams that the employees and management do not care at all about the comfort and experience of the guests. I for one won’t be going back at least not until I purchase a pair of clown shoes for the so called management team.

AMC in name only. I love AMC Theatres and have since I was in high school. I have been a longtime Stubs Member and have happily renewed my AMC Stubs Premier Membership yearly...This was definitely an old Muvico.

The theater exterior is subtle compared to a grand interior that has not withstood the test of time well. The dated "grand" look does not make up for a musty smell that seems to permeate the place. The customer service was fine, nothing to write home about. It seems to be the largest premier AMC in the area and I would love to see them put some investment here for the return they are sure to see.

Beautiful theater. Great sound and picture. Every time I've been there it's been clean and comfortable. Don't forget to get your parking ticket validated.

This place has gotten worse and worse ever since AMC took over.

I purchased reserved seating for the IMAX 3D showing of Ready Player One at 7:00pm.. weeks ago.
I was so excited to see this movie.

Turns out the theater sold the same seats three times.  Resulting in jerk people fighting over our seats even though my girlfriend and I were there first.

Complete mess of an experience, and total lack of customer service.

I real wish these major studios would just start releasing their movies for streaming and theater, day/date.  Everywhere.

I would much rather pay a premium to watch these movies in the comfort of my home, rather than risk another terrible experience in an actual theater... 

I'm just really tired of rude people and lousy service.
That's my 2¢, for what it's worth.  😖

P.S. - Despite the crappy experience at this theater.
The movie was amazing.  I can't recommend it enough.

The movie theatre is gorgeous inside it like being in Grand Central Station. The way they decorated like a Renaissance place or like going to one of those Hollywood theatres. It's a fun place to watch movies.
