I went to see Rough Night with a bunch of girls and the movie was super funny. I got a bag of M & Ms with peanuts which my sister bought for I don't know how much $ but the seats were comfy, the sound was good, the picture also good. I don't think I've ever had a complaint from this theatre and I've been coming here for years. I'm wondering though if there's less theatres now that the right side of the building has been shut off to the public. Also there might be more security at the opening of the theatre now for some reason.

Best place to go for movies and great experiences!!

My family and I have been coming here for years and we love it. When I lost my wallet at this location I didn't realize it until two days later and was really worried. Luckily, the wonderful crew of palm promenade had not only found it, but kept it safe all this time.

I'm not sure which of the crew found it, but I know that Jonathan helped me get it back (he even called me back each time we got disconnected).

Thank you AMC for having such a great crew, you really know how to make someone's day!!

Movie tickets are at a great price which leaves you money for popcorn and drinks! The staff is helpful and courteous. Movie stadium is clean and so are restrooms!

Decided to have myself a day at the movies and see a few movies on 5/27. Saw the new Pirates film, then decided to see another movie and I even paid for it. But when I asked the young man at the customer service kiosk if I could buy a ticket for another movie, he had a terrible attitude. Told me he would do it this time, but that I had to go outside next time. His body language and the tone of voice he spoke with seemed like he was upset that I bothered him. I come to this theater all of the time and never have any problems with the usually friendly staff but I didn't like this particular encounter. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect pleasant customer service. He could have said, "I'm sorry sir, we don't do ticket sales at this kiosk." I would have been fine with that if he had presented himself in a nice, sincere, and respectful manner.

Even though this theater is over 20 years old, they keep it in good shape. I really enjoy the Imax screen and the upgrades to the refreshment area is very nice. I believe I'll be coming to this theater until it closes its doors for good.
