I love this place, I have been going here for 10 years at least. Never had a bad time, the staff is always friendly. The place is never over packed and yes the building is slightly older, but they make up for it with class, service and a hassle free time.

Clean and comfortable.  Not overly crowded.  Clean lobby and courteous staff.  Convenient location.  Clean and comfortable seating.  No complaints.

This is our favorite theater. We raised our children near here and this is the theater we came to. It is old but less crowded than the others. Parking is good and there is an Applebees  and a McDonald's in the parking lot. Across the street is a Tin Cow and a Taco bell down the street.

It's a trade off at this theater. It's a little run down and some of the rooms smell like mold. Not all and it seems like mainly the higher numbered ones. Some of the screens have what looks like dust streaks or smear marks on them. Not unwatchable but noticeable... Especially with a well lit scene. So, what's the trade off then? It's usually not crowded here... At all. I saw Downsized on Christmas and I was literally the only person in the theater. Probably the only customer in the building. So... Very peaceful. Also, Moviepass is readily accepted here.

The theater desperately needs updating. The seats are low & uncomfortable, the carpet stinks, the bathrooms stalls are small. Theyb just need to put money back in it. I do like the movie selections they offer.
