I love going to the AMC Movie Theater.  The seats are comfortable.  You can reserve your seats in advance.  The facility is clean. The food menu changes so there are options.  BUT, they have challenges with cleaning the rim of wine glasses.  I have complained about it before but was so grossed out this past Saturday night when there were lipstick marks on the rim of my wine glass.  The carafe that the wine came in had finger marks all over the top of the wine carafe. I took the glass and carafe to the AMC Theater manager and he apologized for it and gave me two free passes.  As nice as it is to get a glass of wine, they should forget the carafe and put in a plastic cup. This is how the flu spreads!

I always love going to the movies here. The staff is always friendly, the food is okay, i love the one sized popcorn and the drinks are wonderful! I havent had a bad experience here yet and i dont believe i ever will!

Been here on a few occasions and have had different experiences. They have been on both sides of the spectrom. One visit was great, service was excellent. The next visit was far from great. I love the seats and the entire concept. I will go back again.

First of all, when I got into the theater it smelled. Their was a milkshake on the seat in front of me and i could tell that it hadn't been cleaned for days. I also bought the unlimited popcorn package but it wadsnt unlimited until after you get it, you have to sign up for emails and stuff that I dont need. Pressed the button for a snack and had to wait 40 minutes until the waitress finally came. The people in front of me ordered a lot of food and the waiter kept on blocking the screen in from of me. Then, they have to interrupt your movie so you can pay. worst movie theater I have been to ever. I do not recomend this place if you dont like dirty areas.

The seats were comfy but had obvious wear and tear, they wiggled from loose/broken bolts or clips. We had to move because of the dining lights was broken and in our eyes while watching the movie. Our sodas came without lids (Ran out?) 
food and drinks are pricey but thats expected.
