I ordered and paid for my milkshake before the movie started and never got it. I had to push the button again for someone to come back. He apologizes but comes right back with my shake. It is an hour into the movie and of course since they forgot to bring it to me, it was melted. I told my waiter and he said although they forgot all he could do was refund me. I asked for the manager and he did nothing but try and shut me up with a free movie ticket. Very poor customer service. All I wanted was my milkshake!

Friendly staff, large comfortable reclining seats. Food and drinks are brought  to you. Full bar with stiff drinks. I usually park across the street by the book store. Much easier then trying to deal with the tight spaces in the parking garage. I’ve never had loud annoying people in the theater with me, probably because they can’t afford it.

The movie theater is great and the seats are super comfortable. The downside to this place is the RUDE nature of some staffs. Just be mindful expecially if you gonna be paying with your credit card when ordering some food. The rude and nonchalant servers will misplace your card and say you never gave them. By the time one of the staff realize you right, they begin to accuse you of been rude and threaten to call the security on you. So pathetic!
Aside that it’s a great cinema.

Best place to watch a movie. Great menu. Wait staff to your seat! No more getting up for refills during the movie.

It’s pricy, but $5 Tues are a good night to go. I actually feel kind of guilty because of the super comfy reclining seats and the fact that they bring the food and drinks to you. It’s almost too indulgent.
