Didn't realize our movie was in a "Fork-n-Dine" theater (not the same as the Cinema Suites". Although comfortable, seats are NOT recliners. Overall, ticket prices are down but food: prices are up, menu choices down, service SLOW; food barely warm when delivered then had to wait for salt/pepper. Had we not felt empathy for the waitress I would have sent it all back. Thinking about a dinner & movie date? Do the dinner somewhere else. This AMC used to be worth the extra drive time for the convenience and comfort but not anymore.

After the renovations were done, things were
pretty good for a while. Service, food, and  cleanliness kept us coming back each chance we got. However, things have seriously gone downhill. All the comments here are true. The menu they have now is terrible. Imagine going to the store and buying frozen meals and heating them up but instead you pay 3x the price and it takes forever to get to you. The drinks are all watered down and disgusting. The seats which were brand-new are now in worse condition than the old seats they used to have. The worst part of it is the cleanliness though. I am not surprised they have a rat infestation! Everything is disgustingly filthy! The bathrooms are gross and foul smelling, trashcans overflowing, the floors are all covered in sticky grime that sticks to your shoes not to mention trash and popcorn. Worst of all are the more expensive dine-in theaters! You would think for the money you are paying that the theater would be clean but not only is the floor and everything inside dirty somehow even the seats are covered in sticky filth! I, of course in great part blame the customers. This is why we cannot have nice things. Some of their customers must truly be no better than animals. Honestly! Clean up after yourselves at least! Nonetheless, the greatest fault lies in the company for allowing this nonsense to go on. I sincerely hope the conditions improve. Until then, they will not get another cent outta me!

I've never been to this type of theater and I've heard amazing things about them.  So needless to say, I had high expectations.  I wouldn't say it was a bad experience but it was a little underwhelming.  The chairs were very comfortable, but my main gripe was the price and quality of everything.  Paying almost $50 for a meal for 2 that might cost $20 for two was a bit tough.

The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't absolutely amazing.  I understand it's a movie theater and almost a "what do you expect" mentality, but the way it's advertised and presented, I imagined it being better.  Especially for the price of everything.

Theater was clean, picture was clear, was a comfortable theater, and there weren't many issues.  Just underwhelming.

We love AMC especially since we can pick out our seats! I personally enjoy the dine in side it's pretty much for adults ONLY!!!!! I enjoy seeing a movie I paid for without any interruption of (people being on there phone's, dumb people, and children without parents). Every now and again I am guilty of bringing my 15year old son during the DAY around 10am or 11am to the adult side only because he LOVE'S the recliner seats but also because I know we all can enjoy the movie without the craziness. Thank you AMC for making such a GREAT up graded theatre! 👍👍

Wonderful service and excellent staff.  Loved ordering tickets online and comfortable seating.   I'm Definitely coming back to the movies!
