Concessions were the normal fare HOWEVER... the "fancy" Coke machines only had Coke and Diet Coke... that's it.  Then when I came back out mid movie for a refill it was back up and functional with all the different flavors available. When we left, however, the flavors are still available but they were totally out of Coke so that was a little disappointing. I also asked for and received a device to provide closed captioning for the movie. A young man told me that it would register when I went in the theater. I assumed that meant that all I would have to do is look at it but nothing showed up. It took a few minutes in the darkness of the theater to see that there was an on-off switch on the side. If he would have told me that I could have actually enjoyed more of the movie.  The seats were comfortable and the bathrooms pretty clean.

Don't use Fandango or buy online at this theatre. Don't expect politeness. Don't expect a good viewing experience. Don't expect theatres to be monitored for rowdy behavior... Gangs are permitted to use the seats in front of them for footrests... Bring oxygen mask. Be first in line, even at half-filled theatres, if you require handicapped seating... young healthy customers think the handicapped seats are VIP seating for self-centered teenagers... Management will not offer assistance or raincheck for lack of handicapped seating if you use Fandango. Bad experiences past two visits (days apart) that could have easily been remedied if managed properly.

I almost always drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to the Turkey Creek regal theatre,  the rare occasion I come to this one I'm always disappointed. The screens are dirty, the concession people always have a bad attitude. I'm a loyal movie goer and I probably see close to a movie a week. That being said my boyfriend and I got Movie Pass back in August '17 and hearing the backlash AMC gave movie pass put me off to going to the theatre especially after the Carmike buyout. This last interaction affirms my doubts in the AMC company. Not to mention the last time we were here the kid at the counter really sold us on the "Stubs membership" which I was in the process of getting until the kid this time around said that "because you only pay 10 dollars a month, Stubs rewards don't work" which wasn't expressed to us when being sold to us. Which is silly because the theatre is making the same amount of money if I were to pay cash. He then proceeded to argue with us and claim that Regal will be doing the same thing (like he worked there instead of AMC). After that whole debacle we bought our tickets and then bought a drink with our debit card and he didn't ask for our phone number for our stubs account that we got last time we were there. I want to preface this is the only bad star review I've ever given.

We had a great time. The theater was clean. The soda machine is a little confusing at first and finding the butter for your popcorn made us look like tourist lol.  Inside, the seats were roomy to me, I had enough leg space. We will definitely go back.

Love our theater. Always a nice escape from our busy lives. Organized, clean, and the staff is friendly.
