As a lifelong frequent movie-goer I was quite pleased with my 1st visit to Grand Prairie 18. The standard screen size was bigger than expected and the sound system brought the juice as well 🎦🔊 tasty popcorn also! Even the staff was polite. We attended a late showing and stayed until the end of the credits. They waited patiently to start cleaning and wished us a good night as we left. I'm new to the area and happy I live so close to this theater. I'll be a regular, you should too!

I always enjoy going to this theater and seeing the newest movies. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. I'm a stubs reward member and it has paid for itself with ticket and concession discounts. This last movie we saw we had movie jumpers come in the last half of movie and talking loudly and on phones. I talked to the manger Chad about the issue and he addressed it as any manager should. We will be going back next week and for many more movies!!

Best movie theater around, mostly clean lots of seating and leg space, bathrooms are a bit dated like they need new facets in the ladies room but hey it's a theater... The pricing is a little much but if you're smart and come during cheaper times its actually a pretty nice place.

Seats are comfortable however, as often as we go to this theater and as expensive as it is the popcorn is not fresh, the butter dispensers are broken, the soda machines have no ice, or several soda's are out. sometimes the theater has only one side that has a working butter dispenser and soda machine.  The bathrooms are out of toilet paper, out of paper towels and soap.  Just seems like it needs some serious maintenance.  The theater picture and quality of the sound is great hence 3 stars.  Get the maintenance issues in order and I would give it 5.

Good theatre! Plenty of seating, sound systems are great, bathrooms are clean!The concessions are price just like every other theatre (outrageously high lol!) But they have a self serve fountain soda machine with tons of selections and additions and a butter pump so you can add more butter if you like without paying extra, so that's a plus!!
