Very poorly maintained cleaning standards. Lobby looks horrible with trash all over. Bathrooms were even worst. Maybe not enough people staffed or trained properly. Not what I am used to with AMC theaters. Movie showing was nice though. Standard style with nice sound, good detail, and comfortable seats.

This is the best and most comfortable theater around. Excellent movie snacks, awesome reclining seats, and some privacy in your seat. I won't go to any other theater! I feel like when I take my family there we can enjoy the movie in peace and not bother anyone else if our young daughter wants to run back and forth between mom and dad during the movie.

Such a great update from its previous state. Super comfy seats and much more modern. The sound has improved greatly. Only downside is it's still insanely expensive for food, but having worked for the theater in the past, I understand it's how they make money from movies. That being said, it's nice to not have to drive all the way to Celebration and usually the theater isn't full like it is at Celebration. Very friendly staff too!

The concession was out of bottled water, they offered child size cups for “Free” water. I asked if I could purchase a regular size cup to get water since the child size they were offering was almost insulting. The manager at the concession stand stated it would be $6.56 for a cup because and I quote “we can’t monitor the pop machines.” So she essentially implied that I would steal pop. What? Is this real life? Yes, yes it is. Unfortunately, she wasn’t very empathetic either. Then we get to our seats and there was popcorn everywhere and butter smear on the seats. They couldn’t even bother to have anyone check the theater to make sure it was clean for their next round of guests. This would never happen at a Celebration theater.

Absolutely disgusting here tonight! Wish I could select 0 stars... Food and trash all over the place. The ticket kiosk wasn't working. They were out of regular soda, pretzels and much more. I had to wipe my seat off. Management did a very poor job planning for Holiday weekend. I heard they were short 9 people tonight. One positive thing is the workers that showed up were nice and helpful! THEY SHOULD GET A BONUS! SMART MANAGENT WOULD GIVE OUT THE PAY OF THE NO SHOWS TO THE WORKERS THAT DID SHOW!! This was our second visit in a row that was disappointing. Management will receive email tomorrow from me. Bet they don't even reply!
