I had tickets for the 2:00 black panther show. After standing in line to go inside the theater for an hour, they finally let us in at 2:15. Once in I sat my family down and went to the concession line. I stayed in line for another 45 mins missing so much of the movie. I am highly disappointed at the unprepared staff!!! The sense of urgency to get the people seated and fed just wasn’t there. 2 concession associates just walked away from the counter. This is unacceptable. I’ve seen this movie at another theater on Saturday and the experience was totally different. I am pissed that I have not only wasted my money but my time! I missed most of the movie so a refund is deserved, I will NOT be back and if you are looking to go to the movies I wouldn’t go here....

For this to be a fairly new theater, the customer service is horrible. There is no service line for the amc premiere stub holders... or at least someone working the line. The family restroom lock doesn't work. No fresh popcorn was being made. Thumbs down. Hopefully they will get it together since they are trying to redevelop the area with the millions being invested here.

Usually a great place to watch movies. Not today: 1. All 3 ticket kiosks are out-of-order 2. Clients have to wait with only one cashier 3. Ticket seller was asked which door number, her response: "I don't know." 4. Men's restroom: No paper towel Is AMC Largo closing as well to give way to the PG Hospital? Looks like it...

The place is too casual if you ask me. The snacks often die out and the tickets are unaffordable. The staff also didn’t impress me at all. The theatre should work on improving its physical appearance.

I caught a six show on a Wednesday was no line went right in theater was empty would like for them to change the seats to the new Lounge seats but enjoyed the show
