Nice Theater but attitude...

The reserved seats are nice - I prefer the ones that have separate leg and back incline controls - but that is a nit.  They are nice and wide and sitting next to someone isn't an intimate experience.  The viewing, sound etc. is fine.

My problem was the other day when I got a lot of 'attitude' during my movie-pass check in.  I asked about posting my 'stubs' card and was told  they wouldn't accept it with movie-pass because "You are ripping us off".

Gee, I thought paying them $15 for the Stubs would mean something (apparently it means nothing if you use movie-pass) and I feel bad that I'm 'ripping them off'.  So much that I won't go to that theater anymore.  I guess buying food and paying premium for movies like Star Wars ($25 for two of us) must be ripping them off also.

All other theaters in the area allow the points with movie-pass - I guess this one is 'special'.

Love this theater! Reserved seating, recliner chairs. Every trip is enjoyable. Bathrooms are clean. App for ordering concessions which get delivered directly to your seat. Premier stubs membership is worth the value!

The staff is very nice but the wait on line on weekends is crazy! Kiosk did not work. Prime seating is not as good as regular seats. I expected a little more, AMC 8 can improve a lot more.

This is probably the best theater in the area. The seats/love seats are HUGE and super comfortable. Not only do the recline, they recline all the way. Meaning, you could literally lay down and watch a movie. All the theaters have huge screens and the sound system is excellent. 

There are only a couple drawbacks. It can be hard to get tickets, because they sell out quick and they only have one self service ticket booth. More importantly, the seats there are/can be love seats. Probably literally. Which makes me think that teens (or anyone really) are kanoodleing in the seats. I'm sure that they do a good job cleaning after each showing. But I'm always afraid that I might come into contact with someones body fluid.

Great theater with great seats, new prime theater is fantastic, but there is an up charge for the tickets. Well worth it for an action movie. Downside is that the concessions area is a bit small.
