This theater hands down has the best recliner seats. The amount of leg room and space in front  of every seat is amazing. The screen, sound system and the drinks and popcorn are all good quality. This theater after it was remodeled is one of the best here in Norwalk.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not pleasant. I arrived here a bit late, I admit, about 7 minutes before the film I had come to see was supposed to start. There was a line, but not a very long one, so I thought I might miss the first 5 minutes, but that's no big deal. So there must have been something wrong with their payment processing or ticketing, but it took about 15 minutes per transaction. By the time I got to the head of the line, the film was supposed to have been running for 15 minutes and if it took as long for me as for everyone else it would mean that I'd miss most of the first half hour of the film. They were also taking people from their special club line ahead of me, so there was no telling how much longer everything was going to take. No explanation of what was going on was ever given. I gave up and went home. I figure that if I have to wait, I might as well wait for the film to be on Netflix or Amazon Prime. I hope it's not like this all the time here. But I don't think I'll ever be back.

The theater has been remodeled. Has comfortable seats but horrible customer service. People are allowed to smoke weed, bring their own alcoholic drinks, have sex and record movie with cell phone. I don't recommended if you want to enjoy a movie or have kids. It's 1st and last time I attend this theater.

After upgrading to Reserved Seating and reclining seats it more fun to go to movies here. Avail Dolvy Atmos is amazing and food is great with ample parking.

AMC must've wasted all their money on upgrading the theater, while nice it took us nearly 40 minutes to clear the ticket line due to only one person being staffed at the ticket booth. Constantly being cut off by people who have a VIP tickets and families of 5+ trying to buy annual passes. Extra star for the nice seats, but not even the extra 20 minutes of trailers could save us from missing the beginning of our movie.
