Continues to decline. I would give it zero stars if possible. Where to start...I have noticed a steady decline in service by workers and managers. Everything from workers standing at concessions cussing in front of little kids with assistant managers laughing along to excessively long lines while a manager just watched.  The latest that has made my decision to go back to the Rave is the doors were locked at show start time.  Now I get to go through the ticket refund process with Fandango.  We started going to this theater due to its convenience of reserved work parking in the garage next to it, but it's back to the Rave...It may be a a little longer drive, but it has WAY BETTER customer service, cleaner and just as good of seating if not better.

Messy Floors (Popcorn crumbs everywhere), Sticky Soda Stand (Soda was spilt everywhere), Faulty Bathrooms (1 urinal out of 3 was in service), Completely OVERPRICED for such poor service. Overall, terrible experience. Don't come here

The theater was a mess. We were looking forward to going to the movies and it was completely ruined by how unclean the theater was.  And the bathrooms were nasty too. We have been coming for a few years and it has never been like this.  I can only hope the young man I spoke to about my concerns really listened. It’s a shame because this is a great location.

Our family enjoys this theater downtown. Seats are roomy and clean. Popcorn was good and they now serve food items too. We will be back!

I've never been to a theater with seats that recline so far back! I'm big, a 6'6" guy, and I could finally stretch my legs out the whoooole way. Good snacks, great sound quality, and of course; comfy comfy seats!
