Was here not too long ago, there was misrelayed information about reserving seats over the phone. However when I arrived and realized they hadn't saved our seats, I was pretty bummed. A manager came and sorted everything out. He was beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating! I was very impressed. Some people don't go out of there way to help. He did!

Garry Howell the General Manager is awesome! He treated us like family when we needed help trying to project our film for a private screening of Hostiles. Absolutely above and beyond!

The theater is a nice building with comfy seating. We were there on a slow night not many people, stuff were board, treated us like we were and interruption to their evening. Git our simple consesions order wrong, had to ask for napkins that were not stocked, was told where they were supposed to be which they weren't and a staff had to show us to find no there wasn't any stocked, had to go back and ask for our 3D glasses. Maybe and a busy night you might expect thus, but there were only a total of 3 couple's in the lobby.

Despite my misgivings about the buyout of Carmike Cinemas by AMC, I am surprised and pleased about the splendor and cleanliness of the Shiloh 14 cinema. The lobby itself is gloriously large and opulent, and the theaters themselves are fantastically large and clean with comfortable seating. :)

It's a pretty good theater, great quality. But if you go to a late showing, be ready to have to miss some of your movie to get refills or other snacks. They close all their concessions well before they close the theater. And other than that i was pretty cold in there. For it being the middle of December, i shouldn't feel like im sitting next to an open window in the middle of winter. But if it wasn't for the great quality of their projector, sound system, and slightly more comfortable seating, I'd of given it 2 stars instead of 4. If they want 5, they could go the extra mile and keep concessions open longer, and find a thermostat.
