All of my previous experiences at this theater have been good, a movie theater like the rest. It is relatively well maintained and typically crowded during peak hours. Today we came to see an advertised matinee and so far no one has opened the doors for us (regardless of our advanced purchase of tickets). Hoping they can see that we are here and would like to come in and watch the movie. Update: we got in and will be seeing the movie. Really nice upgrades to the theater and all of the amenities.

Movie is good, love the seats but for there popcorning being as expensive as it is and not having refills on brings me to believe that people should go to another movie theater. That's just my honest opinion. Everything was good besides that. I just feel like if I spent $56 dollars at your establishment and i cant get a refill on my popcorn like most other places do. Well that brings down my rating off them... .. take it how you like it. Like i said just my opinion

Seats here are awesome....totally changes the experience and the idea of reserved seating is great as well. Perfect seats to fall asleep in when you have to watch a kids movie that doesn't engage you....fell asleep watching Smurfs here.....I had a great nap

Better than other recent visits, but still unreasonably expensive for the quality of the movie going experience. They seem to still be unable to successfully strategize the placement of showings with respect to noise level. For example, showing something like Logan in the theater next to the showing of The Shack (just an example, but I've had a similar experience and it was difficult to get into the movie due to all the ruckus through the walls). I only returned to this theater because it's close to home and I had a gift card for the tickets, but we'll never return if it means spending our own money...not worth it.

The new reclining seats are amazing and so comfortable, unfortunately they aren't in every theater as we discovered today. The IMAX seats were super old and filthy. If they are going to update some of their theaters, they need to update all of them.
