Bought ticket online expecting to walk in and go see the movie with little to no wait. No such luck. This theater still makes you wait in line even after you buy tickets online! There were literally 54 people in front of me in line with only 2 people working the ticket counter. Wasn’t even a weekend or new release of anything. Was super late to our movie. Will not return

The waitress gave false compliments, and the food is okay. The real draw is the clean, comfortable atmosphere. One of the best theatres to watch a film.

This place is absolutely disgusting.  Food and liquids on the floor everywhere.  When I asked to join the rewards program the cashier said he was to lazy to sign me up. It was 36° outside and couldn't have been more than 46° inside the auditorium due to the heat being broken which was not mentioned while I was buying tickets.  When I went and said something about the heat the worker suggested I get a blanket or something.  The more I think about it the more I regret not demanding a refund but I really wanted to see the movie and had already driven an hour to get there.  I will not return and my recommendation is than no one ever go here.

Excellent, the staff "very" courteous, polite, and helpful. One stood out (not sure of his last name) "John" he knew times, I watched him help other people, and it was nice to see a person really care about their job...we went ahead and bought tickets for movie tomorrow, just because of him. And fyi- I will be sure to tell everyone I know to go to AMC 14 Tyler,Tx because of this experience...thank you, for an excellent hire

Last night me and my boyfriend went here to watch Justice League at the 7:30 showing. The lady that sold me the tickets and the concession staff were very pleasant. We went in and started watching the commercials and the previews for about fifteen minutes. The lights were on the entire time and we were quietly talking amongst each other about the previews. Finally the movie started and I looked to my left and saw a young lady looking in our direction. She stared at us for about three minutes and then she approached us and said we needed to leave because we were loud. I told her we weren't loud and we were just trying to enjoy the show. She said okay and left , but returned with an officer who said we were trespassing even though we had tickets and paid like everyone else. While I was talking to officer this lady, I'm guessing the manager, reached around and slapped mt bucket of popcorn out of my hand. I asked the officer why didn't he do anything about it and he just kept telling us to get out and we weren't getting a refund. This is awful and I have been here several times no problems. I wouldn't reccomend anyone to go here.They will not be here long if they continue these acts of prejudiceness. Everyone else in the movie was white and they laughed when it happened.
