Tuesdays is usually a longer wait in line but that's because it's matinee day. Customer service is usually nice and they are usually helpful. They don't mind helping you save money if they can. It's usually clean and parking is not too bad unless it's new release day. It's a nice size theatre with a variety of food options.

Although other theaters in the area are fancier, this is my favorite because it’s cozy, down to earth and has the best popcorn. They do you need to do something about the smell in the bathrooms and some of the theaters smell a little musty. I also liked it better before when they put the butter on the popcorn for you so that it could be layered. It would be nice to have a kiosk where you could get just a movie ticket when you don’t want snacks and don’t want to wait for other people to get their’s.

When we entered the theater to see the movie there was no sound. Someone went out and told them and they did put the sound on very quickly. Also when you enter there is not a separate line to just purchase tickets or refreshments. you must stand in the one line to get your ticket for the movie and refreshments. The line does move quickly. I just wanted to buy ticket but I had to wait behind people who also wanted the refreshments. But it did not seem to be a huge problem. I made it in time to see my movie

Movie was great, the employees were fine but the bathroom was disgusting. Also, they mixed extremely burnt popcorn into my husband's bag and they apparently kept burning it during the 2 and 1/2 hours of the movie. I'm not one to complain about things like this but I have to say that I was so happy I didn't have to go to the bathroom more than once!  The bathroom (women's) reeked of urine so strongly, it easily rivaled a fair port o potty! I didn't want to touch anything. Your could tell it hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. There was what I assumed was poo on the base of the bowl and I could smell the urine on my shoes for the remainder of the film and ride home. My husband doesn't want to return but we purchased the VIP pass so we can get $5 tickets on Tuesday's. I don't typically scrutinize things like this, especially when I am not paying full price but it is 3 days later and I'm still shocked at how gross it was.

Unfortunately I have three negatives to report for thus theatre.  First, when you walk in, its not even obvious where you go to purchase your ticket.  Very confusingly mixed in with the concession area, which is the first and most prominent area.   Second, theatre was utterly freezing inside ... all of us were wearing coats and by the end of the movie, I was shivering.   Third, my husband said the men's bathroom was filthy (although the women's seemed fine).  Not sure I would pick this theatre again.  Would give it a 2.5 but half points are not an option.
