They treated me well, even though I was changing some bills for coins.  If anything,  I guess they could've been faster.

Customer Service is Fast and Friendly! They support Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay!  I was also able to go and see Jurassic World a day early for free thanks to one of their Facebook Giveaways! Awesome Credit Union!

Absolutely terrible customer service.  I was granted an auto loan from AFCU.   Nearly 2 months ago the balance was paid off.   On my other Bureau credit reports (Experian and Equifax) it shows it as being paid off with no late payments or balance owed.  On Transunion it shows 60 days late with a balance still owed.   I spoke with there collections department and they said they couldn't make that change and I needed to contact Transunion and file a dispute.  I filed the dispute and now Transunion claims that there was no significant proof provided by AFCU that the loan was paid off. WTF?!?  

They sure are quick to call you if your a day late on a paymen(Yes I'm referring to within your 10 day grace period) , but they cant even be bothered to confirm with a credit bureau that the loan is paid off when the credit bureau themselves investigate it?  Unbelievable!
