I love America Inn! The staff are so nice and keep the rooms very clean. Safe and quiet area and awesome environment.

Tried it because it was a few dollars more expensive than the hotels around it. Some of the reviews said it was clean. A cockroach came out of the microwave while I was using it. There were a lot of burn holes in the sheet on the bed. They use some kind of metal to repair some holes in the bathtub the metal was all rusty. and the people that said this hotel was clean must be very dirty people. Never again. You can go down the road not far and get a room for 30.

Beautiful clean room!!! The owners are nice and that other review was from when flint got all that rain and it flooded the hotel... I recommend this place to anyone
