So after a hail storm i was looking for a roofer to work on my home, i chose this company, insurance agency gave me a quote to do everything on the list, but i asked this company to only do the roof and gutters, people in the office were very rude on phone, the rep. who came to my house, one day showed up smelling of alcohol while talking business, made me very uneasy that i could trust them, had to choose someone else.

Really impressed with the high level of customer service! Steve (owner) was very professional and helped me navigate the waters of insurance payment and reimbursement. As far as the work performed - excellent.  It's nice to have a local Parker roofing business that goes the extra mile and turns out a great product! Highly recommend them.
