So far, My distrust with the staff ( all ) is the worst I have ever experienced. Glasses were made wrong but instead of re doing the exam the way I suggested, Dr sent me to another Dr for a more precise exam. Came back with a 130$ Bill and the correct prescription. I asked for the prescription to be done and I also wanted the money for second exam. Nope. Ended up with a choice of deposit back and no record on my insurance and a goodbye.

Not really happy with my visit. First they got my glasses wrong then acted like it was my fault. Second I'm still waiting for them to come in. About really to ask for my money back. A good case of not trusting commercials, which most times I don't. Sorry I even went to them in the first place.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have been wearing contacts/glasses for the past 15 years and have never been treated so poorly by an optometrist. I am currently a 4th year medical student in town visiting family in Mishawaka. I have been an "Americas best club member" for the past 3 years and had my last vision appointment 2 months ago. I realized I ran out of contacts so I brought in my hard copy prescription to refill them. I was literally treated like a criminal for trying to BUY contacts?. I had no clue why the optometrist was so angry and ridiculously mean, but found out at the end from the receptionist that apparently he thought I was trying to get multiple boxes of contacts from multiple dealers. I guess contacts are a hot commodity these days. Mind you, I have only ever bought from Americas best and my history is clearly stated in my account. Regardless, I was blown away and truly felt horrible after leaving (without contacts). Just thought I should let others know. Convenience is great, but not worth it for being treated terribly.

Was treated awful by the Mishawaka staff. Door specifically says walk ins welcome. They should remove that. I wasn't welcomed and come to find out they only have a doctor in during certain days and hours and only take appointments after 3pm. I told her how disappointed I was and was told to get over it and make an appointment. I will not be revisiting America's Best, this was the poorest customer service I've ever received at an eye mart of any sort.
