Food was awful. One of our subs was incorrect, had hots and ketchup on it who puts ketchup on a philly? even though the receipt clearly shows the first sub requested neither of those things. Looks like they used the worst parts of the tomato. And when they cut the subs in half they got all these little bits of foil in the sub which had to be picked out first, if we even got them all... Fries pictured in the website not the same. I understand photos may not always be accurate but the website shows shoestring and these were crinkle cut which always get soggy. Fried pickles were as close to being burnt as they could be without being burnt burnt. Deep fryer grease definitely needs to be changed. There was no saving grace for this entire meal. Since we accepted the food on delivery I did not know if they would take the money away from out very polite DoorDasher Dylan if I requested a refund. If anyone from America's Best Wings actually sees this I hope your wings are a lot better than the rest of your food! And no, there is nothing you can really do to make it right. We will just avoid this establishment in the future.

Horrible! I couldn’t even get it off the counter for I immediately asked for my money back! It’s nothing like the Americas Best on Blue Water in Odenton. This one on Hospital drive is trash!!!! The whiting was burnt in old grease ! And then the “owner” , “manager” whomever he was asked if I wanted it to be remade after I just asked to keep the fries as the cashier took my refund out the drawer. I asked was he complimentary giving my money back and he yelled “ why would I give you money I’d I remake, I have no business , no manager and I work here!” That’s not my problem! Your food is trash and then tried to blame it on a new cook ! Never again! I recommend the Americas Best wings in Odenton!! This one will never receive my business again. Not to mention the prices are way better !!

Food was cold and over cooked! I ordered fried Whiting and instead received what looked like flakes of fish inside of cold, hard batter.Food: 1/5

Kind of upset they didn’t accept my VISA gift card that literally works everywhere VISA is accepted and then got my order wrong and wouldn’t remake it until i brought back the wrong order.  Edit: there was enough funds on there. I called them before and after and it was still 100 on there. Then I used it at my business for a charge of a dollar and it worked. You told us that you didn’t accept it and tried a few times to show us that it doesn’t work. But it worked immediately after

Ordered on door dash. The mozzarella sticks tasted like fish sticks, the fries were awful, and the wings were ok.

Worse customer service ever.  We ordered online and wait 45 minutes for our food. After waiting 45 minutes, they decide to tell us the kitchen is closed and they will not be fulfilling the majority of my order.  Our only option is to get our food tomorrow. We ask for a refund and went back and forth with manager about my refund. We were told they have no way of issuing my refund, which is crazy.  Will never go again.

I have ordered from this place twice. The first time it was grilled fish. The fish was so salty I couldn't eat past the first bite. The second time it was 3 whole wings and fried okra and just taste burnt. I will never eat at this place again!

First time ordering from here and we ordered crab sticks, chef salad, cheeseburger, 10 old bay wings and fried pickles. Everyone loved their food. I sampled EVERYTHING we ordered, and can attest it was great... fried pickles were weird but ok still. The rest was fantastic. Ordered door dash so I can't speak for customer service but all else was on point.

Food sometimes over cooked. Also been slow services. Staff are friendly though. Bathrooms are nastyFood: 3/5

Went inside to order, never been inside before. I was going to wait inside but the tables were dirty. Ketchup and other spots on tables. Paper and used straw were also on the table. The food is good here but I don't think I'll be going back inside. If I do order from here again it'll just be from a delivery app like Ive been doing.Food: 4/5
