They came out quickly and even though I didn't have an emergency HVAC situation, took it very seriously and did a thorough job and talked me through everything they were doing and why. I really appreciate that they took the time to share their knowledge with me instead of just trying to make a quick buck. Will 100% call next time I need an expert and refer to everyone I know. Dusty and his dad were wonderful. They tried to fix the lemon we had installed by someone else a few years before but it kept breaking down. They gave us a great deal on a new heater and we have been toasty warm ever since. Nice people and very responsive to calls and questions.
