Second time using AAA here in VT and I am just astounded by how friendly and efficient they are! The quoted times are reasonable, and I still never wait that long! The contractors they use have been very pleasant to work with. Overall, I am thrilled with the service I have received.

Worst service ever.  Battery died and when we called to have a AAA battery replaced we were told they don't carry any .  After a few more calls we were told someone would be on the way to jump the car and no one ever showed or called.  Happened the second day as well .  Thank god we were home because if we were in the ditch or side of the road we would have been screwed , seeing as the weather was below zero. Will never use this service again

Their travel service was only concerned with the sale of my vacation.  I was hounded until purchasing then never heard back from agent again.  He first offered it at over $1,000 more than we bought for and only lowered it when I said what it was listed for on Expedia.  Critical transfer information was left off itinerary.  No communication prior to travel and no follow up.  They only cared about the sale.
