They made a very difficult time a little easier as complete professionals they took the time to understand our family's needs and give us the services we need without trying to sell us unnecessary services. Even with a cranky toddler in the room she never demonstrated anything other than compassion and kindness to our family. I hate the thought that anyone has to lose a family member I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I am so grateful for the professional ethics of this company.

They have helped me 2 times now with both of my parents passing away. They gave me options that others didn't. Communication was great with them.

With the passing of my mother, it was very difficult for me to think straight. Going through the process of arranging her funeral was something I wasn't looking forward to. I reached out to a few funeral homes and finally decided to go with American Cremation & Casket mainly for the reasonable pricing and level of professionalism. I understand anyone working in this industry have built a level of in-sensitivity and was surprised to experience the quality of thoroughness, patients and professionalism. During my time of mourning, I appreciate how they got me through this process with ease.
