We had a wonderful experience with Deck Masters! We recently purchased a new construction home in the area, and we were looking to install a deck that we could also use for some storage space underneath. Steve was great with communication through the whole process, and quick to respond when I had questions or needed an update. We chose a Trex deck, Trex railing, Rain Escape system from Trex, and slatting with a panel door for access. Our foreman was very knowledgeable and answered all my random questions during the installation. Thanks to the Deck Masters team for our beautiful deck!!

We are amazed and so very excited for our new Trex deck. Deck Masters, LLC is an amazing company to work with. From the initial assessment with Steve to completion of the final product with his crew Kevin and the others has been an absolute pleasure.  My wife and I take forever and a day to make any sort of decision, especially a huge decision such as this. Steve came to the house, listened to our vision, processed what we said and built on what we wanted vs what we needed vs what he felt would be the best for us. He was, in my words, "No Nonsense". He was very matter of fact on the design, the material selection process, the contract, the payment, the delivery, the install, the completion and any follow up needed.  Communication is key and Steve was on point and available to answer any question or concern. We had questions about the material, about the color choice, about the cocktail rail color choice, the lighting and stone underneath. All questions big or small were answered quickly and professionally.  Due to some weather delays our project was pushed back a little. Again, communication of the delay was timely.  Project start day:  Kevin and his crew were polite, respectful, easy going and awesome to work with. They really knocked it out of the park.  You could hear them working hard but also having a good time doing so. The morale is very high with this group. When there was a question about the stone for underneath, they gave me the time I needed to discuss with my wife our different options. They contacted Steve to make sure he was in the know. Steve contacted us to make sure the decision we were making was the best for us.  Completion day:  Steve came by to check out the project and address any issues he may have seen with the project. He worked very closely with Kevin and the crew to make sure everything was to his satisfaction. After that assessment, he discussed with me the final steps to completion. He made sure we were happy with the project and was there to address any of our concerns.  At the end of the day, we absolutely LOVE this deck. I truly believe we love it more because of the work involved and the working relationship with the Deck Masters crew.  Thank you gentlemen for making this experience an absolute pleasure.  If I could give them 100 stars, I would.  I 100% recommend this company.

Had a very old deck and was a safety issue Steve helped us so much! He went over different options to keep it in our budget but still everything we wanted and even changed the laid out giving us so much more space to use on the deck! He came to me when we had a speed bump with a side door and he made it so stress free and made everything work for us. His crew was so nice and catered to us having young children and dogs. Also made sure we understood everything that was going on that day. Even with not so ideal weather they finished a day early and it’s more then we could of every dreamed of .

Awesome team here. If you are looking to get a deck built, do not hesitate to hire Steve and crew! Great communication from beginning to end of project. Workmanship is top-notch and to county code. Could not have found a better team to have worked on a deck project. Great job!

They were very professional, and kind, they understood my wishes, and my dream for a deck, along with helping me improve my dream, and gave me amazing advice. They were quick, and had it done just in time for my child’s birthday party! I highly recommend this company for deck work!

I had a great experience with my deck project. The work crew was exceptional, fast, and skilled. The owner takes pride in his work and personally inspects the finished product to make sure the deck meets his standards. I recommend Deck Masters based on my personal experience with the company, and owner, Steve Dawson. The owner could not be any nicer, and is fully transparent about contract pricing. When driving in my neighborhood it’s obvious which decks are Deck Master built, and that’s a compliment. You don’t want to be on the opposite side of that comparison.

I must say my deck was finished about a week ago and they did an outstanding job the crew was excellent And very professional. I must say again thank you thank you .

We had Deck Masters take down an old wooden deck and construct a new Trex deck.  From the beginning, they were professional and well-organized.  My wife and I explained to Steve what we wanted, and he not only immediately understood, he also made some suggestions that we incorporated that make the deck flow better and be more functional.  The construction crew was top notch.  Polite, respectful, professional - no wasted time, the work site was left clean once the deck was completed, no loud music or foul language.  I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone looking for a quality deck.
