I know your emails concerning appointments reminders and follow up appreciation letters are computer generated, but you might want to rethink that.  Considering the thank you, hope all went well with you when you visited us on Thursday,  email, could not have been more off.  I was not there on Thursday, or any other day for the past 4 months, for that matter.

Family has been using Amer. Dental for years. Always great service and flexibility with appts. Staff is great!

Would not rescheulde appointment due to inclement weather and instead charges customer 60 to reschedule. Typical dentist that cares more about making money then actual care for patient. You will go in for a normal cleaning and come out needing all this dental work you never needed.

Awesome first impression. Very clean. Friendly front desk staff.
My hygienist, Kate had a cheery and outgoing personality and she was very thorough and professional.
Kudos to Dr. Fouad for running an great practice.

Awful experience.  Tried this office when my insurance changed and found out from my original dentist that I had a cracked tooth.  ADC wanted me to pay full price in advance for a crown claiming that insurance would not cover it.  They never even submitted it for pre-auth!  The room full of chairs separated only by cabinets felt like an auto repair garage with Meineke on one side and Lube Express on the other.  Literally.  When I said I wanted the pre-auth first, they all became rude with one behind the counter telling me that it takes 4 weeks for it.  What??? They also have a boatload of dentists on my insurance list attached to their address.  One of which is my brother-in-law who worked there 1 month (years ago) and even HE got ripped off.  Most of the others do not work there, either.  Bait & switch? On to another office that is less of a factory managed by rude con artists.
