I was VERY disgusted with their service. I had an appointment for an entire month to get my teeth whitened for my wedding and being in a time crunch I made sure that the day I went in was the actual day I was going to get them done(I know better by now then to not ensure this). They were great with send reminders for my appointment but when it came time for my appointment my 4 year old and I came straight from ballet to the office. We arrived 30 minutes before my appointment with a room full of other patients waiting to be seen. Time past and everyone but my daughter and I had been called back. The room fills up again and I went up to see what the problem was. No one had spoken with us or mentioned anything. Finally they called us to the back counter where they told me that they just received a message that they were running 20 minutes behind and if that was okay, and I’d be taken back for my fitting soon. I was very confused because I was getting a whitening today. None the less a guy came over and said no problem they could whiten them I’d just have to wait a little longer. Another room full of patients filled up and got taken back once more while my daughter and I were still waiting. The same gentleman called me back again saying I had been misinformed and they would need to do the tray first. Now 1 hour and 15 minutes had past, we had been thrown back and forth and kept beating around the bush before I asked if they could do it or not when then he proceeded to say no. After all that time and ONE hour past my appointment time they were not able to see me. I was devastated and appalled!! I have never in my life had this horrible of service! I will never step foot back in there not to mention it is one out of the few that accepts my insurance for my company so I will be ensuring my coworkers are completely aware of the service this office provides and help set them up with a new dental office! SO DISGRACEFUL!!!

Great place! The staff is ALWAYS very friendly, and everything is quick and easy. In addition, Stephanie did my six month cleaning today and she was done in less than twenty minutes. Love this place!😁❤

I have had a horrible experience with their office and their office manager. I did not make a follow up appointment that they said I did ( they said I made it directly with the hygienist) and when I contested the no show fee was given the run around trying to talk to the manager over the no show fee. I am now being harassed by LAWYERS they hired to collect a $35 no show fee that they have since doubled to $70. I refuse to pay on principal and my entire family will no longer be receiving care at their practice because of this. I even switched to a more expensive dental plan just so I have more options of dentists so I don't have to return to this awful place.

DO NOT GO HERE! I decided to go to American dental because it is across from my orthodontist office and the location is very convenient. However I unfortunately had a horrible experience here and will not return. When I went for my cleaning the doctor came in to look at my teeth I got a "everything looks good" and he left so I went to the desk to schedule my next cleaning in six months and was told everything was covered. I then got a bill in the mail for a "doctor consultation" for 70$ After calling back and forth between the dentist office and insurance I was stuck with this bill for a service I did not ask for and I thought was just mandatory. I did not let this get to me however when me and my mother went for a cleaning, I had just had my wisdom teeth removed and asked them to make sure this was covered because I was worried about receiving a bill after last time. She left out of the office for about 20 minutes to check and came back and said that they contacted my insurance and that the 2 cleanings for the year are covered regardless of having your wisdom teeth removed. So then I got a bill for the full cost of a cleaning. I was so upset so I called back and forth again the insurance saying that they were never contacted by the dentist office and that having my wisdom teeth does effect that. So there was another bill for over 100$. The final straw was when my sister went to the office to have her cleaning and was told she needed xrays and that they were 100% covered. After this she received a bill for 200$ because the xrays were not covered. I felt so terrible that this happened to my sister as well because we have different insurance companies and the office has all our insurance information there is no reason they should get away with lying to us and preforming services we did not ask for and then make us responsible for hundreds of dollars in bills for things they told us were covered. What was the worst was I was talking to the dental tech about what happened because she worked with both of us and was appalled that my sister was charged because in no way was this her fault and she said It is the front desk's job to take customer's insurance and see what services are covered so that they are able to recommend the covered services to them. After my sister calls back and forth with insurance and the dentist the insurance states it was the dentists office fault and vice versa so how is she getting stuck with the bill? The dentist office offered 50$ off because they knew they were wrong and that was not good enough that's still over 100$ for a service she did not ask for. Yesterday I went with my sister for her filling and she went to pay and they tried to slip in the xray bill to her and act like it was her total for her filling. This was so sickening and my sister had just talked to them on the phone about this before her appointment. I was asking the lady why they were still trying to charge her for this and she was extremely condescending and rude to us and kept saying it's my sister's responsibility to pay the total. She was very nasty and really her demeanor is the reason we are never going back there again. Finally the Manager took us into a office and kept pushing her to take the 50$ off and pay the remainder. Finally he said they would waive the bill, thank god! I feel terrible for all the money I wasted there and I feel bad that my sister and I had to go trough this. Save yourself the money and hassle and go somewhere that cares about you and admits when they are wrong. My whole family will not return.
