This place was amazing. The doctor that took care of me here for my wisdom tooth extraction + other multiple tooth extractions was really good at getting those teeth out painlessly and comfortably. I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for any of my appointments so that was awesome. The staff was kind and helpful and that was also nice. Just an overall great dental office.

Was forced into gum surgery which was not required in my condition, very disturbing.... stay away

I have waited more than 1 hour to see the dentist on numerous occasions and because my 6yr old and I was late not even 15 minutes Dr Kaur refuses to see him? How dare you be so discourteous to your clients? Our 43,000 MEMBER UNION who frequent AMERICAN DENTAL this place could at least have a common courtesy to accept a lateness since we sit and wait for years! I say we all find a new IMPROVED dental facility to patronize.

Majority of the staff are great,  however.  They are a couple of them , who deserved to be fired.  And they is 1 who is running a scam,  she lies about paying extra.  But she wants you to give the money to her.

I went to their former office on kings highway and had a good experience getting a basic cleaning but didn't like the actual office. Went to another office for filling. That other dentist office (NOT American dental) messed up my filling and I came back to American Dental to find they moved into a new location (in a medical billing) about a block away. Really a nice, has a kids play area and office staff was nice. Additionally the dentist was very nice and you could tell he was very professional and personable. He did a couple additional x-Rays and didn't charge because he simply wanted to see another angle. Most places would have tacted on the fee. Also - my appointment was at 11am and I prob waited less than 15 minutes.
