BEWARE:My wife and I were looking for a new dentist since moving here from Ohio. We each had an exam and were told that we needed scaling and fillings replaced and needed to come for check-ups every three months. My wife was told she needed two new crowns. We prepaid for my wife's treatment with my MasterCard to save 10%. After my wife had the scaling done we each went to another dentist who told us scaling, crowns and replacing fillings wasn't needed. I cancelled all other service and asked for my money to be refunded to my credit card I was told they don't do that and it would take four to six weeks to get a refund of the remaining $2400., it took almost eight weeks. We paid almost $900. For my wife's scaling that should have been just a regular cleaning for a fraction of the cost. Bottom line they told us we needed additional things that two other dentist said that we did not need. I believe they are unethical and are trying to increase their profits by telling people they need dental procedures that aren't really needed. Get a second opinion before getting any dental work done here-we learned the hard way.

My first visits there. Very thorough exam. Never felt like I was being rushed through. Staff is very good and caring. Barb the hygienist was especially helpful and knowledgeable. Hope to continue my care there. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

This place is great. I have been bad and haven't gone to the dentist in 8 Year,so I clearly have some tooth issues. Both the doctor and the hygienist did a great job and they explained everything to be and let me ask all the questions I need. Can't wait to go back :)

Appreciate the honesty, explanations of services and fees, the attempts to help make the final costs as fair as possible. I don't look forward to the procedures however I do believe the care I need will be administered with my desired end result in mind: No do-overs! The anxiety created by Aspen Dental ineptitude has been relieved. Cant wait to smile again. Confidently.

I came here after having had not the best experience with another dental office.  Dr. Runkle and his staff have made me feel comfortable and are doing everything they can to help me maintain good dental health and prevent tooth loss.  Leo has been very helpful with my insurance coverage and finding the best financial plan to cover my portion of my bills.  I'm very glad I chose to come here.
