Dave Crowell is an exceptionally hardworking and brilliantly skilled realtor. He is personable, experienced, and a great communicator. I can't say enough about the quality--and sheer amount--of work he put in to handle the sale of our property.  Dave helped us plan all aspects of the sale from cleaning up the property, to pricing, to marketing, to final sale. He contacted us daily with updates and with strategy.  

Every time we hit a snag, e.g. with a prospective buyer or with the homeowners association, Dave handled it quickly and professionally.  He even made a trip himself to get packing boxes for us! As we worked through the sale, I felt an increasing sense of ease knowing that Dave was anticipating all eventualities and would have the ability to solve whatever came up.  And not only that: as we came to know him I learned that his honesty and integrity are beyond measure.  I trusted him 100% to look out for our best interests, and he proved time and time again that my trust was well placed.

Dave's consistency and follow through impressed me.  During a transaction, you need a steady pro keeping the process running smoothly and he works hard to deliver on that.  Dave provides the guidance you need and completes his job with complete dependability.  Very experienced agent.

Dave was my agent and not only sold my house very quickly but did a great job marketing to sell it.  He also helped me find my new home.  His experience and knowledge was a huge help in working with the other agents and the negotiations.
