I felt like the staff at the front desk and phones seemed short and uninviting but once I talked with them in person they were very nice and friendly. The hygienists and dentists were very nice. 3 of my kids and I had appointments and we were all well taken care of. They did a great job with my 3 yr old's first visit to a dentist. They took the time to explain what each tool was for so she wasn't worried. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This place is a total scam....I went in for services and didn't recieve any due to the fact they didn't know exactly what all my insurance would cover. A month later I was billed for several services.....please do not go to this location.....A total scam

Called at 0800 requesting emergency service for my wife who was experiencing severe tooth pain, facial swelling, and a fever. I was told someone would call me back. At 1000 I called back since no one called me. I explained the situation again and I was told "sorry, we can't see her today". I obviously will go somewhere else and never use these people again. I am an active duty Navy Master Chief who has full insurance and I will also be posting this statement of service (if you will) on the Tricare web to warn other active duty personnel and veterans.
