I am an insurance professional with 20 years of small business ownership, sales, and lots of dream protection expertise. We offer auto, home, life, farm, ranch and commercial insurance products, tailored to fit your unique needs and protect your dreams. You can count on my team to be honest and straightforward, and put your best interest first. As the owner of the Don Klank agency, I have built my insurance agency on high standards so that we’re there when you need us, and we earn your business for life.

I would actually give them zero stars if I could. Worst experience of my life not to mention the money I lost switching to them.  Agent will promise you the lowest rates and then after you have signed up all of a sudden everything turns upside down. I got home and auto insurance from them thinking I was going to save money. Agent said the home insurance process will take about 2 weeks to process. So I scheduled the same effective dates for my home and car insurance policies, which was around 20 days later. The inspector came to our house, took pictures and said he the office should have the report in a week. After a week a called agency back. She never returned my phone calls. So I called them again and they confirmed that my home insurance was approved. After a month I received both auto and home policies in the mail. After 3 months I got a letter from insurance that my home insurance will be cancelled. I called Agency, and no return calls. Finally she picked up the phone after calling her 20 times. She said the policy was cancelled because I lived close to a brush fire prone area. It took them 3 months to find that out? So I decided to cancel my auto as well since my rates will increase without the home policy. Guess what, they charge 10% of your total policy amount if you cancel within a year of your policy.  

And look at your statements, they charge $5.00 monthly transaction fee if you pay your car insurance monthly. And they charge monthly Interest on your home insurance if you don't pay in full. This was the biggest mistake of my Life!

I've been with the Klank team for several years.  I've found them pleasant to work with and they've gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion.

Don and Patty are wonderful people who have gone above and beyond for us on several occasions. Truly people-centered, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. Highly recommended.

They are the best and will get you the best rate for sure even when others tell you it's impossible. They are a wife and husband team been in the area for 30 years and will treat you like family. They will keep tabs on your accounts and call you if anything changes or might need to change. I will never go anywhere else!
