Wow Wow Wow!!! One of the besting buying experience ever! The owner, Kiet was down to earth and the staff was very helpful and friendly! They were able to help me find adequate coverage for an affordable price. I recommended them to all my friends and family.

After a recommendation from a friend, I gave this agency a try, starting with renters insurance.  That went well so when my auto insurance ended, I also switched it over to AmFam.  The staff here is very responsive and try their best to help you with issues.  I recently got into an accident with a party that denied responsibility and AmFam was able to broker a fair resolution where the accident did not count against me and my deductible only cost me $250.  My agency let me know what was going on with the claim and even let me know my check was in the mail before it was even mailed to me.  Great company, don't see myself switching to another company.

Sincerely awful experience. After being transferred without my knowledge from another Amfam branch, I was then billed for four additional months regardless of having emailed my previous (and at that time existing) insurance agent. Kiet has gone on to explain to me that it's all my won problem, they won't be issuing me a refund and they can no longer help any further "because they are following amfam's policies". What's cowardly business model, and disasterous service. I would HATE to find out had I ever actually needed any kind of insurance assistance from such a conceited and self-centered "business man". Needless to say, I immediately dropped this joke of an agent and have since moved on to a fantastic new company THAT CARES ABOUT ME AS A CUSTOMER.
