Honestly one of the best experiences I have had with an insurance agency. Sam was friendly, helpful and informative. She assisted me in get the best coverage and prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I also have to say that the customer service here from Sam was above and beyond. As a person who works in the service industry it feels great to get great service.
My experience with American Family has been nothing short of amazing! Sam is so kind and helped me find an auto insurance policy with better coverage at half the price of my existing policy. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone searching for insurance or interested in seeing how comparable their current rates are!
The local agent was very quick to respond to emails and made the claim process a breeze. We shopped around to multiple agencies around the Minot area and this was by far the lowest rates. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone, either switching insurance companies or starting new!
