Since the beginning Sam has been so helpful in making sure we are properly covered for auto, home and life. His sales rep. Jennifer is also super helpful whenever we call or email with a question. They take the time to listen to your needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an agent that truly cares.

I wish I could give this office negative stars!! My dad has been with American Family for almost 20year never had not one issue with his insurance until his agent closed and he was moved over to this agent Samuel. He’s secretary is the worst very rude and unprofessional!!! Every time it’s time to make a payment they come up with a different fees. Honestly don’t recommend this place at all. My dad was so angry about how unprofessional and rude they are and how they take advantage of him! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

If i could give them negitive stars i would. I have had this insurance company for 18years and not once have i had a problem until i started going to this agent! All they do is play with your money and act rude when you call them out on it!! If your going to be running an insurance company first learn how to treat people with respect and act in an ethical manner!!!!

Worst place!!! They don’t treat people with respect! And they always find away for you to pay more and more. They are very rude and unprofessional.

My family and I have been customers of this agency for generations. We have had friendly and prompt customer service as well as great coverage for our autos and home. Sam and his team are exceptional!
