We are proud to offer a five bay full service repair facility with a separate state of the art Paint Booth, just eight minutes from our dealership. We service all makes and models including pop-ups, hybrids, travel trailers, toy haulers, fifth wheels and motorhomes.

I wish I read these reviews before bringing our camper to this dealer. We brought the camper for repairs two times and both times were awful. The only reason we brought it back a second time is because we had no other option. The first time we brought the camper most of the work was under warranty. We stated numerous things that needed to be repaired. The camper sat on their lot for almost 4 months before being repaired and the repairs were not serious repairs. We also wanted a dent taken out of the side and the interior screen replaced and neither of them were completed. They stated they contacted us for approval to do the work and they never did. So instead of trying to contact us “again” they just decided not to fix it. So it sat for 4 months and only the small repair under the camper got fixed. 
So needless to say I was not happy we were going to bring the camper back this place again. My husband is active military and had to drive the camper home so we needed the repairs to happen as soon as 
possible. He brought the camper there to have the lights fixed and the back wall to be fixed. It sat for weeks and we had to keep calling to make sure it was going to get repaired. They always said they would check and call back and the never never called back. We always had to call back to check the status of he camper. So finally it was repaired. My husband picked it up on his day to drive it home from VA to CT. He looked at the invoice and it said everything was tested and we even got charged over $180 for these “tests” to be conducted. Well he drove all the way home in the pouring rain, at night time, getting pulled over in Maryland because the back taillights weren’t working!!!!! Luckily the police officer gave him a warning and no ticket, but he had to keep driving home unsafe in this camper they supposedly fixed. We called once he was home and they said they would look into it and call back. Shockingly they never called back. We called again and again and one woman stated it was a mistake they should have never stated they tested it???? And the woman who use to work there got fired?? Why would you not test it if you were doing work on the back of the camper and the lights? So then I get to talk to Karen who stated the repair man said he had my husband check all of the signals and the break lights before he drove away??? Obviously this did not happen or we wouldn’t be having this conversation.  So she states she is going to pull the cameras to prove that my husband checked all of the lights before driving away. So strange because now all of a sudden their cameras aren’t working. You know why because it never happened. All I was asking was for them to refund us the money that they charged us for checking the work that they never checked, so not even $200 and they can’t do that or even admit they messed up. They put my husband and his fathers life in danger having them drive this camper home like this and no one can even admit they messed up. Karen also stated the VP of the company also agrees with this decision so the people higher up don’t even have any sense. We still now have to bring the camper to another dealer to be repaired and now pay more money. Do not bring your camper to this dealer. It will not get fixed properly and they will have it for months. Very incompetent people.

Update: I have been dealing with the VP of the company and they have decided to refund us some of money for the service, which is fine. This is all we were asking for from the beginning. I am happy we were able to come up with some sort of agreement. Wish it happened weeks ago, but satisfied it happened. They also offered for my husband to be able to call once we hook the camper back up to have service walk him through some possible problems which was nice.

helpful, informative, knowledgeable. We arrived as they were closing and instead of telling us they were closing, they spent an hour showing us around and answering questions. When we buy our next rv it will probably be from this store.
