Story

Dear Prospective Customer,
My name is Jake Zerwas and I am the Account Manager and part owner of American Floor Care of Arizona. I was a founding member of American Floor Care, Inc. in the States of Iowa and Nebraska. We are now a licensed and insured company servicing Arizona as well. In 2000, we had an original idea to set out and develop and create a company with a unique philosophy toward the approach to office cleaning, floor-maintenance, and the janitorial service industry. The end result was exciting! What we came up with was a detail and responsibility orientated approach to the industry itself. We developed a professional service based company that delivered expectations above and beyond the norm.
As a company we offer more care, structure, and an added level of service unparalleled in the office cleaning and refinishing industry today. We have adapted to the needs of our modern times with its high-paced demand and added levels of expectancy; as well as remembering to take pride in a job well-done. We achieve this through the simple philosophy of: in order to accomplish and maintain efficiency, excellence, and thoroughness in the work place, one must recruit the best employees available by offering better wages, better training, better environment, and rewarding exemplary efforts.
