American Fork Fire/Rescue Department will provide the highest level of emergency services that our resources will allow to the citizens of our community. We are committed to excellence in the delivery of these services through goals such as:

I'm a business owner getting inundated with deceitful solicitation [ telemarketing] from persons who're professing to be calling on behalf of the the American Fork Fire Department ... The solicitations have been going on for years,  whereas the callers are leaving voice-mail messages, or otherwise leading with scripted assertions claiming to be legitimate persons in need of specific services from my business... The problem I've got,, its an advertising gimmick whereas they're selling refrigerator magnets... Their scripts migrate towards narratives about saving lives, providing charitable services to the fire department and in the community, they're always implying, suggesting, hinting towards a notion of giving the fire-department kick-back$$$ on these campaign efforts, blah, blah, blah... The problem I've got with it, I believe its a gimmick to sell advertising only, I question if they're doing anything of charitable measure,, they're calling Registered Federal DO Not Call Lists ... My guess is,, the Fire department might be unaware of the deceitful illegal practices [phony script-lines they are using] while calling federal do not call lists... People who're claiming to be doing it on the Fire departments behalf... I wish the fire department would not allow telemarketers to engage in this charade of deceitful-illegal activity ...
