When y'all go to American Freight go see Carlos. Carlos was truly amazing. He took his time and help us stay within budget. Customer service was exceptional!

Purchasing the furniture was a wonderful experience with Randy and she's a nice person, but delivery service sucks. They said that they would deliver after 5 p.m. and we made time from our jobs to occupy them and it is currently 9:23 p.m. and they are still not here. I contacted the delivery guy a few times and now he turned his phone off and block my number. I am not satisfied with this disgusting type of behavior for the new year. I don't know about recommending them to anyone. I can purchase my furniture, but I cannot get it the same way. Customer service should be great on both sides. Also, I went in there the following day to talk to Michael and he's very egotistic, narcistic, and lack mannerism. Yes, Michael I said it!

I gave Carlos and crew 5* for the job they did in accepting and unloading my 53' trailer full of furniture, hours before my scheduled appointment. I can't thank them enough for doing that. That being said, it's not the easiest place to deliver to just because of the confined dock area. Normally, I'd avoid coming back, buy they were all helpful and friendly so I'd deliver there again.

If I could give ZERO  stars I would. 
Never go to this store they lie and say same day delivery they lied for 3 days my order never came to my house!
There staff and manager was extremely rude and will lie about anything to get your money I never had such a horrible experience with sales men.
Not worth it.

I read the reviews prior to going to the store and saw other customers complain about delivery and boy are they right! They never came on Friday and when I called Saturday morning they said I was on the next delivery. Its 7pm Sat night and the office is now closed and I still haven't received my furniture. I will be requesting a full refund in the morning. Carlos I hope you're reading this too bc you said to make sure I give a good review! Nope.
