Great experience! Leah is awesome, she makes you feel extremely comfortable and talks you through your session. I was a bit hesitant at first because I had never gotten anything laser, but it was not bad at all! Huge difference ever since I've gotten laser done here, I love it.

I've been going to American Laser Med Spa for 1 1/2 years and have absolutely no complaints.  The staff is great and always gives you a warm welcome.  They make sure to follow up with you when you have missed cancelled appointments and after your appointment to make sure you didn't have an issues after the treatments.  The environment  is always clean.   I would recommend them with 5 stars.

Leah was very nice, explanation of the process was thorough. Great customer service and follow up with patient call backs to ensure safety of procedures and satisfying results. Will continue to use after services are finished for underarms 😊 next are legs! Skin like silk 💖

I had enjoyed going here until about 3 months ago. On my last visit, nothing out of the ordinary, i got my laser hair removal done in the usual spots but noticed that it burned a lot more than usual. I shrugged it off until a week later when I started to see dark burn spots on my face. I called them and asked if that was normal, they asked me to send them pictures and so I immediately took pictures and sent them. I did not return for two months or so but was still getting money taken out of my account. They did mention to use bleaching cream to reduce the burning spots but I was not about to put bleaching cream on my face when this was not my fault in the first place, I was not about to damage my face even more. I was contacted by the customer service respresentative who assured me that my situation would be taken care of and that this would not stay this way, she promised to call me the next day. That was about a month ago and I never heard from her again. What I think is unfair is that they are still taking my money even though I will never go back so I'm basically paying them for burning my face. Also I have been going for about a year and a half and still have a good amount of hair growth in those areas. I was willing to let it go until I saw my face this morning and realized how bad it still is 4 months later. I will be visiting a dermatologist this week to get an expert opinion on the burns and see where we will go from there.

Everyone is approachable and willing to answer questions that you have about the services. They are able to put you at ease when you are nervous about first-time procedures. I recommend going here if you a first-timer.😁
