They Could NOT detect how water was leaking into our house. First they said it was the roof. We just had a new roof put on 1 year prior. We had our roofer come back out, do A lot of work, only for the roof NOT to be the problem. We had this company come out again. Now we are told it is the cracks in the grout between the brick. We fill ALL those area, water still  is leaking in.  We had them come out for a THIRD time. Now they say, oh there are more cracks, fill these in and water will not leak in anymore. (These were hairline cracks)  Plus he adds, "I've been doing this a long time and I know this is the problem."  We fixed all the cracks and water is STILL leaking into our home!  This company has no idea where we have a leak and they are rude when asked to come back out. THIS IS THEIR JOB, TO FIND THE LEAK and they could not do it.

I called with leak and the earliest they can come out to my home is in 2 days. In two days, my entire home will be ruined. The is an emergency business who claims to take emergency calls to help.

I have been dealing with Steve and Jennie Nagel at American Leak Detection for years and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a residential or pool leak detection service. Friendly staff, prompt service, and quality work at a fair price - great experience!
